Dear Celina,
I just want to thank you again for making possible our use of Jefferson Hall for Catherine Ingram's recent series of four evening talks.  We couldn't have been happier with the facility! Spacious, light, and airy, the room has a lovely feel, and everything we needed was readily at hand: the sturdy, comfortable chairs stored on rolling pallets made for easy set-up and break-down; a large folding table served well to display books and CD's; and the two small coffee tables were enlisted for flowers and a carafe of water and for supporting our portable speaker.  Overhead lights, on dimmers, allowed us to get just the light we wanted, and the length of windows along the side provided plenty of Spring air.  Importantly, we were able to unload and load our car each night very conveniently, and attendees seemed to find parking with ease.  Last, but not least, the restrooms were immaculate!

Catherine, as well as many of the attendees with whom we spoke, seemed to really appreciate the venue not just for the above tangibles but also for the spirit which informs the Unitarian Society.  Everything feels invested with conscious intent, and the results are warm, efficient, and very uplifting.  You couldn't have been better to work with, Celina, and made everything that much more enjoyable.  Thank you for addressing all our questions and concerns quickly, and for your constant willingness to make sure we had a successful event.

We will look forward to working with you and USSB again- in the meantime, many thanks and our very best wishes!
