Although we come together every Sunday to worship as a community, each individual is responsible for cultivating their own spiritual growth and maturity.  Some people find a connection to the sacred or holy out in the natural world, some find it through meditation or prayer, some through art and music, some through reading and the sciences.  All of these paths can connect us to the mystery and wonder of life that surrounds us.   The Unitarian Society of Santa Barbara creates opportunities to nurture your own spiritual development in a supportive, open-minded community.
